What you are buying, and what we each agree to.

1. Who we are

BigLeaps Consulting is the trade name of Nelson Gorgonio Fernandes, a sole proprietor registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (GSTIN 27AAAPF4966E1ZV). Business details and the registered address are on the contact page. "We", "us" and "BigLeaps" mean BigLeaps Consulting. "You" means the person or company buying from us.

2. What we sell

• Baseline Selling programmes. Public masterclasses, cohort programmes and workshops, online or in person, sold per seat. Leadership intensives and in-company programmes, sold under a written proposal.
• Coaching. One-to-one or team coaching, sold per engagement or per session.
• BigLeaps CRM. A sales discipline software subscription at crm.bigleaps.co.in, sold per seat per term. The CRM has its own product terms, which apply in addition to these.
• Free tools and content. The Deal Reality Check, Why They Ghost You, the Positioning Statement Builder, cheat sheets and The Baseline newsletter. Free, no purchase needed, covered by the privacy policy.

3. Prices, tax and payment

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees. Unless a page or proposal says the price is inclusive, GST at 18% is added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
• Online payments are collected by Razorpay Software Private Limited on our behalf. We never see your card, UPI or bank credentials. Razorpay's own terms apply to the payment transaction.
• A seat, subscription or engagement is confirmed when the payment succeeds. You receive a GST tax invoice by email, normally within one working day.
• In-company programmes and intensives may be invoiced for bank transfer with the payment terms stated in the proposal.

4. Programmes and coaching

• Dates, format and duration are stated on the programme page or in the proposal. We may reschedule with notice; if a new date does not work for you, the refund policy applies.
• A seat is for one named person. It may be transferred to a colleague before the programme starts by emailing us.
• Sessions may be recorded for participants of that cohort. Recordings, workbooks and slides are for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post or use them to run training for others.
• Results depend on your team doing the work. We describe what Baseline Selling has done for named clients; we do not guarantee any particular revenue or win rate for you.

5. BigLeaps CRM

• Subscriptions are sold per seat for a fixed term stated at purchase. They do not renew automatically; we write to you before the term ends.
• The data you record belongs to you. Access, sharing, freezing after a term ends and deletion are described in the CRM terms.
• During the free beta no fees are charged; a paid plan follows and is announced inside the product.

6. Intellectual property

Baseline Selling and the Baseline Selling sales process are the work of Dave Kurlan and David Kurlan & Associates, Inc., and are used by BigLeaps Consulting under licence. Programme materials derived from that method are used under that licence. The BigLeaps CRM software, the free tools, the website and our original writing are © BigLeaps Consulting. Nothing you buy transfers ownership of any of it to you; you get a right to use it as described above.

7. Your conduct

Do not share login codes, seats or recordings with people who have not paid. Do not upload data to the CRM that you do not have the right to hold. Do not use our content to build a competing training product. We may end access for a breach, without refund, after telling you why.

8. Liability

Our total liability to you for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost deals or lost data, except where Indian law does not allow that limit. Nothing here limits liability for fraud.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction. If something has gone wrong, write to us first; most problems are settled by email within a week.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. A purchase is governed by the terms in force on the day it was made.
