BigLeaps CRM · free beta until 31 October 2026

The CRM that will not let you pitch early.

Built on Baseline Selling. Deals move only when you verify a milestone with the prospect. The number next to every deal is what you have actually verified, not what you hope. Your forecast becomes evidence.

Already in use by a Baseline Selling cohort and the sales teams of three Indian B2B firms. Built by Nelson Fernandes, 34 years in sales, 21 of them inside Tata and TCS.

Get your access code

A one-time code arrives within a minute. A work email gives your company a workspace; a personal email gives you a solo account.

No card. No sales call. You will get the code, a short welcome sequence, and beta updates by email; WhatsApp only for things that matter. Unsubscribe any time. Terms and privacy.

The Diamond

Every deal sits on a baseball diamond exactly where its verified milestones put it: home, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, scored. You cannot drag it. You verify, it moves.

The Truth Gap

Your gut says 60%. The milestones say 18%. Both numbers sit side by side on every deal, and the Reports page shows the gap across your whole pipeline, in rupees.

The coach in the room

Every milestone carries a plain-English definition of done, in the words used in the Baseline Selling programme. Tick a proposal before 3rd base and it tells you, in red, that you are pitching early.

The one rule

Your deals are private. Nobody, not your manager, not your coach, sees a deal unless you tick the box on that deal. That is what makes it safe to be honest with the checkboxes, and honesty is the whole product.

Built for

  • Salespeople and sales heads at Indian B2B IT, tech services and SaaS firms.
  • Teams whose deals go quiet after the proposal and whose forecasts miss the quarter.
  • Anyone who has heard the words "premature pitching" and winced.

Not built for

  • Anyone shopping for a mailbox-and-calendar CRM. There is no email sync, on purpose.
  • Teams that want a system of record for 200 reps. This is a lite, personal discipline tool.
  • People who want to drag deals to the next stage. That is the problem it exists to stop.

Questions

What does the beta cost?

Nothing until 31 October 2026. After that, workspaces continue on a paid subscription or become read-only; nobody loses their data.

My colleagues use it too?

Yes. The first person from a company email creates the workspace and gets ten seats. Colleagues on the same domain join on their own. The owner sees only the deals members choose to share.

Can I bring my existing pipeline?

Yes. Import from Excel or CSV, including Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce and Freshsales exports. Milestones from a file stay flagged until you confirm them.

What happens to feedback?

A Feedback link sits in the app. Every note is read, and the beta is shaped by what comes in. That is what a beta is for.
